Review: On 6/26/2014 I signed a contract with [redacted] of King's Empire Auction to sell all remaining items in my mother's home when she passed away. Those items include - 2 floor lamps, 2 brass floor lamps with wooden stands, 2 yellow upholstered chairs, porch bench with chairs and table, red wall electric fireplace, dining room table, glass and brass coffee table, hutch/bar, kitchen table and chairs, round upholstered hassock, 3 dressers (1 white with desk in between and one wooden), Asian Wall divider, 2 Asian Antique marble topped tables, multiple boxes of plates and kitchenware. To date I have received only 1 check with a very poor listing of the items sold and the amounts.

I have contacted Kings Empire MULTIPLE times by phone and email with no response as to an accounting of the items [redacted] and Kings Empire signed a contract to sell. I have received a few emails back stating he will be sending me an accounting and a check but I have received nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL accounting of what was sold, when and where and for how much and a check for all items sold. In addition, return of any items not sold.

Review: On 11/17/13, I signed a contract with Mr. [redacted] of King's Empire to sell the contents of my apartment. The items to be auctioned included furniture, antiques, oriental rugs, and home furnishings. On the day he took possession of my furnishings Mr. [redacted] purchased $150 in jewelry. He gave me $100 in cash and told me he would send me a check the following week for the remaining $50. I am still waiting for the check. I have not received the status of any sales even though Mr. [redacted] told me on 11/17 that he had a buyer for one of the items.

I have called Mr. [redacted] several times on the phone and spoken to him. When he stopped returning my calls, I emailed him. I am not getting any details of the sale. I have not received any payments. The company is not honoring the contract.inDesired Settlement: I would like King's Empire to honor the contract and to pay me for the sale of my furnishings.
