We were notified and picked up the refund check on 10/18. I just wanted to add our original contract did state deposits on non refundable, however the holiday inn offered to refund our check if we signed a cancellation form. That form states the refund will be given within 5-10 business days. This is not the first time our contract stated something and they did not deliver within the stated time. It was not truthful for the holiday inn to say we were not entitled to a refund in their answer after the cancellation was signed. Thanks. Kevin.

A check was cut on 10/16/2017 to Kevin Retzlaff.  It should be noted that we were under no obligation to refund his money as he signed an agreement and put down a $1000 non-refundable deposit.  He was upset that we would not give him 2016 food prices for his summer 2018 wedding and said...

that he had documentation (that he could not produce) that stated we were guaranteeing him two year old pricing.
