Im so frustrated they said my bed would be delivered between - but they didnt come until 6:and when they get here my box spring wouldnt fit up the stairs so I contacted the store and the lady stated that I would have to pay $to upgrade they didnt offer anything f o.jr my frustration

Ordered a recliner from the Beavercreek King's Furniture for my husband for Father's DayCouldn't be delivered until the following Tuesday but that was fine The one in the store that I tried out was dark brown, which was what I wanted On Tuesday, I got the call that delivery would be "in about minutes" They showed up HOURS later, after I repeatedly texted, etcThe delivery guys were very nice and very apologeticOk fine They unload the chair; it's black not brown We tell them it should be brown "Are you sure?" OF COURES I'm SURE Turns out the product number is the same, but the salesman "Doug" never bothered to note the colorThey tell me they're from the Miamisburg Store/warehouse, so they only know what was put on the truck It's not the delivery guys' fault, but jeez, now we have to wait another however long for them to find the right color chair and deliver it Seriously? If an item comes in multiple colors, putting the correct color on the order seems like a pretty obvious thing to doI was the ONLY CUSTOMER in the entire store; it's not like he was in a hurry!

My experience with Kings Furniture has turned out to be a positive experienceI had done a special order for a loveseat and it turns out that it was the wrong colorUnfortunately, it wasn't discovered right away due to having the item put straight into storage without verify that it was correct for an extended amount of timeWhen I finally discovered that it was wrong, I immediately notified Kings Furniture and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I could receive what I paid forI'll definitely continue doing business in the future with Kings

If you are looking for a great price on furniture then you need look no further than Kings Furniture. This was my first experience with them and they treat their customers right. They make sure you are 100% satisfied. Their whole team is professional and friendly. I purchased a couch, dresser, and headboard/footboard set and it is great quality furniture. I highly recommend them and will be back for all of my furniture needs. I will also be sure to tell anyone looking to purchase to make sure they check out this company first because I am sure they will be able to find what they are looking for with their huge selection of furniture and great prices. We purchased a box spring set from Kings Furniture and when it was delivered we noticed little tacks sticking up all through the material on the top. We were afraid it would rip our mattress. We loaded it up and took it back to the store. The manager agreed to refund us the purchase price via a check in 8-10 business days. It's been 19 business days and still no refund. We asked if they could credit our credit card instead of a check, since that's how it was purchased, but they told us it's their policy to cut a check. They cannot credit the credit card. I think we've been scammed. I don't think we will ever receive our money back from them. I'm guessing we will have to take it up with our credit card company.

Saturday I was in their store - and found exactly the end table that I had been looking for. I bought it- and they told me if that I would come back on Monday, that they would have a brand new one sent over from their Miamisburg store. I paid for the end table with a credit card on Saturday, picked up the table on Monday and they loaded it up in the back of my car. Brand new, in the box. I never even removed the box from my car. As I got home Monday night, I wrote down the model no. of the item and searched on the internet to see if there was any assembly required. The end table got great reviews - except - that a remote would not actually fit into the end table drawer - and the end table ended up being too low for what I wanted. I went back to the store tonight - AND THEY WOULD NOT ISSUE ME MY MONEY BACK ON MY CREDIT CARD. In small print on the back - it clearly stated no refund for any reason. All sales final. They would only issue me a store credit! So - I accept that this is my fault - I should have looked. But taking it back within 24 hours still brand new in an unopened box?? These people are TERRIBLE.I see another review that talks about their great prices - NOT. I compared prices once I got it at home - with the model number, etc. The same end table as what I paid $299.00 for - can be had anywhere under $150.00. Steer clear of these people. I guess that I will have to go back to use my store credit - because with policies like this, they won't be in business long.

This is the WORST place I have ever bought from. The manager, [redacted], is NOT customer service friendly. I have been waiting over 4 weeks for furniture that I was told would be delivered within TWO WEEKS! The first call I was told "Oh, it's the delivery truck - [redacted] has to have at least a half full truck to deliver. But it is loading today and will be here within two weeks". Today is over 2 weeks and when I called the excuse was "It is on the way, but they have so many deliveries to make that it should be here next week". And the way he treated me on the phone was ridiculous. do NOT ever buy from him/his company - PUT HIM OUT OF BUSINESS!
