Review: Business attempted to fix garage door opener but didn't fully repair. Won't return to finish job.Business broke the equipment and doesn't want to fix.

On or about 10/5/13, King's Garage Door, Inc. attempted to fix garage door opener but did not fully fix it. On or about 10/16/13, a mechanic returned and examined the equipment without fixing anything. Next, despite several requests they refuse to return to finish the job. The most reasonable conclusion I can draw is that King's Garage broke the equipment and does not want to do the responsible thing and fix it. Payment amount was $100. Payment was made in cash.Desired Settlement: I seek to have the business finish the job (i.e., so that the opener responds properly to our remotes) or provide me with a refund.

Review: I called garage king to fix my door after I closed the door on a tool box. I bent the arm that connects the door to the rail it slides on. The person that came out looked at my situation for less than 5 seconds and said the entire unit needed to be replaced. I told him no, and to just replace the bent arm. A month later it still works fine. I called the owner to complain about the overzealous employee, that's where I found out that I overpaid by 10$, I was promised reimbursement by the owner called him 3 times he says he will come by but never did. Not only that his rip off employee hides his unethical ways behind a 8year old boy who he brought to the job.Desired Settlement: I would now like reimbursement of 50$ because that part cost no more that 10 and ur employee is worth less than that.
