At am on 7/1/I returned a defective custom made screen I had picked up the prior day
I was told my credit card would be credited the purchase price as soon as the owner arrivedI waited over hours and made three calls thereMy credit card was never creditedThe "manager" who was the last one contacted at about 4:pm was abrupt, defiant and curt - only to respond I would be credited after the Holiday weekend

I had King's Glass repair my bedroom glass window years ago, into the existing frame After years the frame became somewhat loose, still intact, understand years of opening and closing I noticed during inspection that the glass was not fit properly into the frame I brought my window to them to have a look, not expecting anything for free The person that came to the counter said they'd take a look at it and call me at 1pm, I dropped off around 10am never got a call I called to follow up at 3pm when I called the guy in charge Ray, confirmed he say this was done years ago, said he could not confirm the actual glass was what they originally fixed and that I could have had it repaired within the past years, and that he was not responsible and that I could come down and pick up as I left it When I went down, another customer was there and seemed to have another issue Actually sounds similar to this one on Revdex.com.org he was saying to the custimer I can give you a full refund the customer was not happy and showed discontent Anyhow, to my surprise one of the workers actually put some screws in the frame to make it more sturdy, but we did discuss the glass size and he did confirm it was about 1/inch short I totally appreciated this and thanked him this was really all I would have expected and would have even paid for However when I got home to pop in the window, the rollers were on the TOP of the frame Not on the bottom So now, the window does not slide open and close easily This place was close to where I live and their website has ALL good ratings I really think those a biased ratings Customer Service is seriously lacking it's almost like us customers are a pain in the Axx I will for sure pay my hard working money elsewhere to fix the inaccurate glass size, they 100% put in my frame, and also have the Frame actually put back correctly These guys are incompetent Buyer beware
