the structure of the table does not allow for warping of the top. As stated we have purchased the glass from another company & the situation has been corrected. Kings Glass NEVER informed me of the limitations of low iron tempering & I don't believe in fact their statement is true. I've been in business for 42 years & my success is based on my word to honor my product. Kings Glass has lost a good customer.

In early November 2014, customer [redacted] brought back a piece of...

tempered glass purchased in June 2014. He claimed that the glass looks foggy. I had the glass technician inspect the glass. Looking at the glass surface directly, there's no fog or imperfections on the glass, it's a piece crystal clear glass. However, if you look in certain angles, a "bow" or "warpage" slight fog becomes noticeable, specially under light effect. This is normal after the tempering process. I can attach a chart of Bow and Warp max tolerance published by [redacted] which confirms what I stated. According to the chart, due to the customer's tempered glass size and thickness, a max of 5/16" Bow and Warp tolerance is normal, which is within what the customer is seeing. The customer was informed that this may happen with tempered glass.

Review: I purchased a glass table top for 767.05 on 6/**/14. The glass started to "cloud up"after a short period of time. Kings Glass advised me to bring it back for repair. They then told me ,there was nothing they could do. "Maybe I should not put it close to a window so the defect wouldn't be so noticeable." I subsequently purchased a second top from a different Company.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund of the full invoice amount # [redacted] for $ 767.05
