Heat and air has a warranty and he will not service/repair the unit
*** *** replaced my old heat/air unit! It is a year warranty! This unit needs serviced and repaired ! I have called *** on many occasions he has answered the phone once and asked me to call him back a week later! I have called many times and have left many messages! *** will not call back to schedule An appt to repair my unit! I work for a living and can't wait for him to just show up like he said he did one day(that was the last time I spoke with him)!! I have elementary children that live in my home that need heat !
