Kings Jewelry is an outstanding member of the Revdex.com, and I can assure you, they have well earned every single 5 star rating. This wonderful family owned business is everything you could possibly hope for in a jewelry store. They have a bountiful selection of beautiful, high quality, gorgeous jewelry at very reasonable prices. In addition, the [redacted] family are very kind, friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned in customer satisfaction. They go well above and beyond all expectations to assure you leave not only happy but feeling grateful that you ever found them and walked through their door. Trustworthy, honest, dependable and just the most wonderful people you would ever want to meet. I cannot possibly recommend them highly enough. THIS is the place you have been searching for, the people you want to do business with, and where you want to do all your jewelry shopping and repairing.

Review: I bought a watch from this merchant at a cost of $64.40 at 4:11 pm on 03/**/2014. Later that night when I removed the watch from its packaging, I noticed that it was broken (in particular, one of the knobs to control the time on the watch). The next morning I decided to return the watch to the merchant for a cash refund. When I attempted to return the watch at approximately 10:00 am on 03/**/2014, I was told by the person from whom I purchased the watch that they do not give cash refunds but only store credit. I attempted to get contact information for the store's [redacted] or [redacted] and was given conflicting information as to when he would be at the location. The merchant has no signs indicating that only store credit was permissible regarding a return. Neither is there any statement to that regard on the receipt.Desired Settlement: I want to return the watch for a full cash refund.

Review: I purchased my wedding band and engagement ring from them and have a follow up care plan with them that requires me to get my ring checked by them every 6 months in order to keep my care plan that includes stuff like free sizing, upgrading etc. I live in Colorado now and used to live in Pennsylvania. When I fly to visit my parents 2x per year I always got my rings checked by them. This last visit, the 2 closest locations were both shut down. I could not contact them through their website and their phone number is disconnected. Is Kings Jewelry not a company any more? Do they exhist anywhere? Do I no longer have my ring TLC care plan?Desired Settlement: I paid for this lifetime TLC care plan, and can't seem to make use of it. Can I get a refund?

I'm in the same situation. Very upset because one of my diamonds fell out. Drive clear to cranberry Pa. And put one in and it fell out already. They didn't even want to do that. Called them they said we have to pay I believe $65. Not fair when you buy lifetime warranty and they close, well there is a couple but too far to drive. They said to I needed all my 6 months papers and I had all my receipts and couldn't find 6 month papers. But that should've been on file. Needless to say a $1400. Ring what should I do. I think I'm gonna ask about an attorney. Good luck!

Review: I purchased a gift for my wife for Christmas and she is not happy with the quality/setting of the ring. Myself and my wife attempted to return the ring to the Shenango Valley Kings location (where the ring was purchased)pursuant to the return policy stated online if your not completely satisfied, the customer may return the merchandise in orginal condition with proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund. The store refused the refund on the basis that they considered the ring a 'custom order' excluded from the refund policy. This was never discussed with me at the time of the purchase.Desired Settlement: I demand a refund in the full amount paid to me upon return of the ring.

Review: I purchased a ring at the jewelry store for my wife as Christmas gift. It was intended to simply replace an engagement ring she had lost. I gave it to her for Christmas. It did not fit, so the store fitted it for free. She wore if for about 4 weeks and noticed the ban was bent. We took it back to the store and clerk said the ring had been badly damaged and it would require at least $70.00 to repair. We told we did nothing to damage it ad were not satisfied. We were told to come back and speak to the manager. We did on February 25th. His name was Rodney Little and he told us the ring was even more damaged than the clerk and it would require $300.00 to fix the ring. The ring only cost $250.00. We told him my wife did not remember damaging the ring to any way. Mr. Little assured us that rings were easily damaged. In other words, you cannot wear rings from Kings on a daily and regular basis as they are easily damaged. I guess they are not of the proper quality to wear. I was not told this when I bought the ring even though I told the salesman what I wanted it for. Regardless, Mr. Little told us there was nothing he could do. He further suggested we call the corporate customer service department. I called them at least 10 times. My call was returned twice in the day when I am unavailable. A number was left for me to return the call. I called ten times and voice mail picked up all ten times.Desired Settlement: I want the ring repaired or a full refund

Review: My fiance purchased my engagement ring from King's in August 2013. During the purchase of the ring, he agreed to purchase a $80 2-year warranty. This warranty provides free repair due to normal wear and tear, including ring sizing, and this warranty is only good provided I have the ring inspected every 6 months at a King's location. I had my ring inspected in February 2014 at the Niles location without any issues. However, when we returned in August, we were surprised to find the Niles location closed for business. We were given no warning about the closure of the store, and had driven over 45 minutes to Niles from our home in Kent (we used to live near Warren, which is why he purchased the ring from King's). Checking the King's website, I found that they had a location in Alliance and decided to go to that store. However, that location also closed. There was no contact between King's and my fianc in regards to us needing to go to another location to honor our purchased warranty. In essence, if I wish to get my ring inspected and still honor the terms of the contract, I must now drive over an hour and a half to visit the nearest King's location in Hermitage. My fianc would never have purchased this warranty if we knew that we would have to drive so far for a 5 minute inspection and cleaning. We are asking for a full refund on the warranty since we cannot honor the terms of the contract due to location closure without notice. We will be taking our business elsewhere.Desired Settlement: $60 refund for the remainder of the warranty that will not be honored, since there is no longer a King's location a reasonable distance from our home.

Review: I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com around June of 2013. My boyfriend had purchased a necklace for me for Christmas from Kings Jewelry. Around June the clasp had broken and Kings replaced the necklace. I was recently wearing the necklace and the chain broke in the middle while I was gently moving the clasp to the back of my neck. This necklace is diamonds and sterling silver. Upon calling and speaking with the store manager and also contacting customer service, Kings has told me that because this necklace is sterling silver that it is not covered by warranty and they will not fix this necklace free of charge. I explained to them that this is the second necklace that had broken in 8 months and for as much money as my boyfriend paid for the necklace, it shouldn't have broken in such a short period of time once, let alone twice. I told them I would like this necklace fixed free of charge. They told me that it would be $15 to fix this necklace.Desired Settlement: I would like this necklace fixed free of charge.
