I spoke with Mr* *** on August 20th and explained to him that replacing the radio had nothing to do with his door lock actuator not workingHe purchased a with 120k miles on it as is without a warranty. Parts can break with out warning, we had him bring the car in to
diagnose the problem and offered to pay the labor charge and he would only pay for the cost of the part (which was about half of the total charge)Mr* *** said my offer was fair and he would get back with me on the 21st of August but he never did

The reason for my rejection of the response from the GM at Kings Kia is, that
he twisted my words in his reply He stated that I told him that his "offer was fair"
What I said was, that I am sure that HE thinks his offer is fair But to me, it was
NOT a fair offer at all What is to stop ANY service department from intentionally
damaging cars being worked on in order to increase profits?
Also, the GM stated that I never returned his call, but the fact is I DID try to return
his call but he only gives me a general phone number and it goes to his voicemail
He in fact HAS my cell phone number, as he has called me twice when we first tried
to resolve this issue So he can phone me anytime he likes, but it seems he would
rather argue this case thru the Revdex.com
Anyone damaging another person's property should be held responsible for the
repairs I will continue to reject his statements until he calls me and is ready to
fix what HIS service department broke
