We had a difficult situation where we had to buy a property sight-unseen from California, but she made the whole process very easy for us and we have a wonderful home in Ohio now thanks to her. She was our realtor when we bought our first home over 10 years ago and then helped us to sell the same house this summer. We did everything she recommended and had an offer in just over three weeks and then closed one month after that.
