Review: I was washing a double load of clothes and picked two machines that had hot water selection on them. I set them both for hot and then put $4.95 in each, they each completed the wash with only cold water. This was about 2:00 pm and I complained to the person on duty at the time and was told that I had to wait on the manager to come in at 8:00 pm. I waited on him and he refused to refund my money or to even give me his name.Desired Settlement: To refund my $9.90 and an apology.
