The original agreement with Mr. [redacted] was to load out of storage on 8-19 and deliver between 8-23 and 8-31. The Guaranteed Not to Exceed price was based on those dates. We notified Mr. [redacted] on 8-19 to advise him of his delivery date, when we found out that he had not secured a...
new home. Since the 19th we have worked out the details to have his storage moved to Phoenix. Mr. [redacted] did have to pay more money for the additional storage but he understood.
