THEY GAVE ME A WRTTEN BILL WITH AN EXACT AMOUNT AND TOLD ME IF I CAME BACK TODAY (SEPT *) WITH THAT AMOUNT THE CAR WOULD BE MINE. THEY JUST CALLED ME TO TELL ME THEY WERE RAISING THE PRICE BY $600.Desired Settlement: TO BUY THE CAR FOR THE PRICE ON THE BILL THAT THEY GAVE ME.

Good Afternoon This letter is to confirm that the price discrepancy involving Ms Mei Yun Lee and $600 price increase for her vehicle price has been resolved . Unfortunately at the time the salesperson did not consult with any managers to finalize the deal and an error was made. The salesperson has since been reprimanded and updated as to the necessary procedures for negotiations on price and deal finalization. The customer has since been refunded her full deposit.

Review: I brought my vehicle into the dealership for repair my sunroof and upon completion of said work the repair was not completed and to make matters worse more damage was caused to my vehicleDesired Settlement: I would like for the repairs to be completed and for the additional damage caused to be repaired as well

Single handedly the worst experience I've ever had. We walked in there and we couldn't get a price or a decent sales person. They had this ridiculous excuse for a "sales" manager sit down and tell us "we weren't serious buyers" then proceeded to try and make us agree to a price to "drive off" with the car. This tool thought it would work too. He must live by "the goods, live hard sell hard". Any way after about a 10 minute conversation with this mn we realized we weren't getting anywhere. So what did we do ?

WE WALKED DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET AND SPOKE TO THE REAL PROS AT [redacted]. Not only were they courteous and sincere in their approach, they also realized we weren't walking away with a brand new lease at that moment. Guess what? Their professionalism paid off we slept on it (knowing thats the car we wanted) we went back the next day and signed on the car. Thank you jokers nissan for the push we needed to realize you aren't a professional company. We are no way affiliated with [redacted] but we are so glad we used them !! Do yourself a favor leave the jokers where they belong go with [redacted]. KINGS NISSAN IS TERRIBLE !!!!! 0 stars if it were possible.
