Review: I am very disappointed in my experience with this dealership. My husband was approved for a car and planned on giving me the vehicle for valentines day. We later found out that he had been denied due to someone putting in the wrong social security number than what we provided on our application. To add to this confusion no one could tell us where the application is that both myself and my husband has filled out. I am very upset with this experience. I had plans for my beautiful weekend and it was destroyed due to the service I was given. I had to find out all of this information due to me calling to put insurance on the car prior to pick up. I don't understand how this could happen in a business. Who is the [redacted]? This could have never happened in the business that I work for. The [redacted] has not even contacted us maybe try and resolve this situation. We also put down 4,100. That we have been yet to receive as a credit back to us. We came in for a receipt which was suppose to be processed on Thursday **, 2014 and when we called bank they told us that the company did not process until Saturday the **. I was looking forward to this vehicle and my husband was so happy to give me this beautiful gift and due to this dealership unprofessionalism I had a miserable valentines day. I am so upset and disgusted by my service here.Desired Settlement: I would like the car that we put a down payment for and was approved for the Cherokee trail hawk with the amount that we put down and the same payment arrangement

Review: I bought a jeep and 2yrs later and I tried inspection and it wouldn't pass inspection and I took it to them and they never took care of it and I keep getting tickets I had the car for only 2yrsDesired Settlement: And I want the tickets paid and the inspection

Review: In the middle of January I have scheduled an appointment an the Kings Chrysler to get my vehicle (2013 RAM 3500) serviced. When making an appointment I specify the vehicle I got and specifically asking the representative to clear it with the [redacted]. The appointment was confirmed. When I came to the dealer I was told by one of the service [redacted]s that there has been a mistake and that when scheduling the appointment they did not realize what kind of vehicle I got, and that because its size is considerably bigger than the average vehicle and because they already had two other vehicles like this in service at the time, they cannot honor the appointment at this date. But they put all my information in the computer, including my personal information and complete information about the vehicle I got. Considering that this type of misunderstanding can really happen I did not make any complaints and just left.

One month later I called them again to make an appointment. Considering my previous experience with them, when making the appointment, I asked the representative to clear it with the [redacted]. I explained to her that I already had bad experience with them and than I do not want to come to them again and be told that there is no space for my truck again. After checking my information in the computer (she asked for my phone number) she asked me to wait on the phone and in a few minutes confirmed that everything is OK and that the appointment is set for February ** 2014.

On February ** 2014 I came to the dealer again just to be told by the [redacted] that there is no way that they would take my vehicle in service at all. He told me that though they are a dealer they are not "certified" to work on the vehicles like mine. When I tried to explained to him, that a month ago I saw vehicles like my being served, and that a month ago I was told that they cannot take me in only because they got two other vehicles being served, he said that he does not know what was a month ago, that he is the [redacted] for two weeks and refused to take my vehicle in service. When I asked him how is this possible that the representative on the phone cleared the appointment with the [redacted] and checked all the information about the vehicle in the computer, he told me that he is not responsible for any mistakes made by their representatives. He also told me that considering I purchased the vehicle not from this dealer, but from the dealer in Texas, I can go to that other dealer and service my vehicle over there if I want, though the vehicle is under manufacture warranty.

So at the end, I again spent another day, tolls and gas for nothing.

Review: Our experience with the King Chrysler Flatbush New York been a night mare.

On march **, 2014, I was show a brand new Chrysler car, 300,model 2014 parked in their workshop area .

After my credit check once I signed all the contractual and legal documents I was asked to wait for some more days

for the approval of loan by the bank.

After going back and forth for five days once I went to pick up the car , [redacted] ([redacted]) got upset and asked me to come next day

once he will call me as the car was sent for detailing (complete cleaning) but he did not call next day .

After two days, on my visit to dealership he confessed that the car had some damage so it was still in the workshop for repair.

I straight way refused to buy a brand new car in a damage condition and asked them either to give me an untouched new car or void my contact,

however [redacted]( [redacted]) and [redacted] ([redacted] )insisted to buy the same car otherwise my credit would totally be spoiled

and also offered me a compensation of 1000 dollars for the damage .

Finding no other way and a fear of totally spoiled credit record and being inexperience in buying a new car for the first time I accepted the offer helplessly,

but they played a game by giving me a promissory note/ undertaking on their company pad duly signed by [redacted] for 1000 dollars

for the damage of the car however they did not stop playing and did another t[redacted] to give me a cheque for the promised amount and that too be issued after a week

as the cheque presumably had to come from the head office.

Although I was totally uncomfortable with the situation but [redacted] assured me to trust them being in the business for many years so having no other choice

I accepted this unpredictable situation,

After ten days when I asked for the cheque , they straight away refused to give it and honor their commitment on the pretext that they gave an additional rebate

so they would not give me the cheque to fix my car,

I was never explained about the rebate or any other procedure before concluding the contract and getting the amount on my behalf from the loan extending bank ,

secondly how they can hand over the car to the customer without completing the required legal formalities and thirdly how they can give an undertaking for 1000 dollars

for the repair of the car if other rebates were extended,

All these unethical, unfair and unbusiness like [redacted] were used by them from the start of negotiations in a very deceptive manner just to deprive the customer from his legal

and genuine rights.

I would request you to look into the unfair practice of such so called apparently fair business people who believe to tactfully deceive the customers on one pretext or the other, thanksDesired Settlement: any desirable proposal to protect the legal rights of the customer in a very proper manner

Review: HI: I purchase a new 2014 jeep cherokee november of last year. I'm experiencing lots of problem with this jeep now. The vehicle stop on the street couple times and was unable to start back up, then the service light came on for transmission to be service. The company repair it by updating some TCM software, so the following day after picking up my jeep I started it up, and when I was driving it shut back down on me again.Desired Settlement: I don't want to this jeep anymore. This is very embarrassing for someone to have to be stuck on the street.

The vehicle was first in for service on 06-**-2014 with 5,315 miles. there was a customer concern for stalling.

Service dept perfomed a computer update to the vehicle as requested by Chrysler Technical hotline which usually resolves the problem

On 07-**-204 at 5,398 miles customer concern was again stalling.

Service Tech road tested the vehicle for 12 miles and could not duplicate the concern.

We will stand behind the warranty of [redacted]'s vehicle.

Review: I traded in my vehicle and purchased and a preowned car. Over a month later, this dealership never sent the payoff check to the bank. The bank wants to send my account to collections, ruining my credit. Additionally, I paid the dealership a certain amount for the cost of a repair for the traded in vehicle. Despite promises to send me a receipt, they are now refusing to give me a receipt for money I paid them. I just want a receipt indicating that I paid them for the cost of the repair!Desired Settlement: I want the check to be sent to the bank expeditiously and I would like a receipt confirming that I paid for the cost of the repair.

IN REGARDS TO THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT, SHE PURCHASED HER VEHICLE ON SEPTEMBER **,2013. HER CAR PAYOFF CHECK WAS ISSUED ON SEPTEMBER **, 2013. IT WAS THEN SIGNED AND SENT FIVE BUSINESS DAYS LATER. OUR POLICY IS TO OVERNIGHT THE PAYOFF CHECKS TO THE APPROPRIATE BANKS. HER BANK WOULD HAVE HAD THE CHECK ONE BUSINESS DAY AFTER IT WAS SENT. IF IT IS SIGNED AND SENT AT THAT POINT IT IS UP TO HER BANK TO DEPOSIT THE CHECK TO THE CORRECT ACCOUNT WHICH IS WRITTEN TWO TIMES ON THE FACE OF THE CHECK. AS FOR THE SECOND COMPLAINT THE CUSTOMER CALLED HER INSURANCE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM TO INVALIDATE THE CLAIM THAT WE PREVIOSLY GOT AN AUTHORIZATION FOR. IN GOOD FAITH WE SPLIT THE BILL WITH THE CUSTOMER. WE HAVE SENT HER THE REPAIR ORDER MORE THAN ONCE TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED TO US.

Review: Leased a Brand **NEW** 2014 Jeep Cherokee. The car had some chrome trim pealing so we took the car to another dealership closer to home. Upon inspection by the other dealer... They determined the car had been in an accident (which was prior to our ownership) because they found evidence of heavy compounding and evidence of wet-sanding and re painting, they told us that the needed repair was NOT covered by warranty. When I spoke to the ** of the dealer he told me that the car was Wet-sanded as part of the "prep process" to remove bird droppings. That is ** because wet sanding is a procedure done when a car is being prepped for paint (the wet sanding makes the surface smooth). The car also has other issues like hard downshifting of the transmission and vibration in the steering. I do not feel safe in this car!Desired Settlement: I want the car taken back and replaced with an equal MSPR car with like features. I also want the Nav activated in the new car because I already paid to have it activated in the defective car.
