Found a great price for a GMC Yukon at this dealer. Put a deposit over the phone based on the car fax and have already driven one previously. On the way home from the dealer check engine light came on. Called about it and it was fixed. 4 months later tire pressure light came on. Filled with air for several weeks then took car to tire shop. Technician found two holes that were covered up with a glue type product. Tires were advertised as LIKE NEW! Tires are not like new they were just rotated and very worn. When called to tell dealer about the issue he says to me he can't guarantee tires after 6 days. Not good business at all. Very disappointed with the attitude and business practice of this dealership. In addition the dealership I purchased from is not the name on the purchase paperwork. Its a completely different dealership based out of NJ. SHADY BUSINESS

Truly the only honest guys left in the car business. I got an excellent car at a great price and was treated extremely well the entire time. I was treated with respect from start to finish, all my questions answered honestly and informatively, and I am very happy with my purchase. I strongly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for excellent service and a pressure-free buying experience!

Review: 1) deposit of 525 us dollar for licence plate and tittle,dealer say will refund balance after they paid the state of Connecticut. the charges of this procces are total of 140us dollars know kingspoint autollc refused to answer all my phone calls and the agent that sold me the car. is on vacation he is no there is caming back next week, etc.etc #2)after I pick that car in the paper work I look up and I notice a extra charge in the amount of 675 us dollar .I c.all the dealer they said the that is charges that the [redacted] fees for loan application than I call [redacted] and the bank no charges for cars loan. I call Kingspoint autollc same situation no answer as obove .until yesrterday I spooke with [redacted] employed by the car dealer he say because the car car was sold to me under price they made up this extra charges,,,,thanking you in advance for yuor cooperation sincerelyDesired Settlement: refund
