11/22/15Revdex.com###-###-#### [redacted] ,Said customer rented a storage space in our ParkOwner explained the storage rules to customerNo water, electric or sewer is to be used for storage units and no washing of units or vehicles allowed at anytimeSaid customer was observed using all utilities on numerous occasions including washing his RV and using other services available only to regular paying (day, week, mo.) customersHence, he was charged the additional feesAttitudes and excuses don't change rules.Yes, I have been pre-occupied with my husband diagnosis & treatment of cancerAs such, my staff is very supportive and very qualified to carin our absence.Further, I would caution said customer regarding his threats of bad reviews, etcas they are simply unfounded, untrue and without merit!As such and to resolve this issue once & for all, I am enclosing the $(charge for use of additional service) to said customers.Please call if you have further questions or concern.Respectfully,PK***, Owner

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The owner is either mistaken or is lying!To set the record straight, the only utilities I used during the entire months were gallons of water for my RV holding tank, and a miniscule amount of electricity to open and close slides I paid for the electricity (which was carefully monitored) at the time of my departure At no time did I use additional water for anything, much less washing the RV! When I receive the $owed me, I'll consider the matter closed Please understand that I have pursued this relatively trivial matter for only one reason, and it's not about the money I gave the owner ample time and opportunity to respond to my requests to get together and review the cancelled checks and dates so that we could arrive at a solution She ignored me every time (at least times!), so this issue became a matter of principle I understand that she's had a rough year, but there is no excuse for ignoring a good-faith, amicable effort to resolve a minor business issue She could have had her helper contact me at any time This sort of behavior is detrimental to small business owners in small markets This will cost her in the long run Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
