Mr [redacted] , I reaserch your name on our data base and we found out that you had filled an application with usAs you know we are a car dealership so there is no possible way for us to run your credit unless you are trying to purchase a car and you are financing itWe can’t offer a letter for you to remove an inquiry that the only way it is there due to your request.our institution is well oriented with the compliance regulationsI do apologize if one of our staff promised to get back to you and they didn’t, also no one received any call from you following up on the matter requestedYou stated that you never been in our premises and that’s not what shows in our system.How can we run someone credit without it being provided to us ?I hope my respond reach out to you and I would love to help in anything related to our industry beside what you are expecting from us which is legally not possible.Best Regards,

I have a car loan already do you really think I would want to go get another one?I was never there and I can assure you thatShow me proof that it was me applying for a car loan, you have videos show me that it was a year old walking into your premises if you follow regulations that muchwhy when I call they told me they could not find any record of me? The person I spoke to said that the only way that my credit could be pulled was because of a name similarityI was never in that dealership and never applied for any of your cars
