This is completely untrue and if he doesnt have his check by now for the satellite then it will be canceled and reissued immediately This is the first I have heard of him thinking we owe him money besides the satellite I was at his home the day we installed the roof and it took 6- months to get the initial payment fro this home ownerHe also has a deductible of $thats unpaid and the fence he is talking about was $ When I explained this to him he just got upset and said he didnt want to talk about it anymore The item that got thrown away we absolutely will pay for immediately if he doesnt have the money That check was written two months ago I apologize if it has not reached him as we stand behind our quality of work and any mistake we make

We have discussed a solution with the customer and we will be taking care of this no later than 2/27/2015.

Review: In August of 2014 we hired Kings Roofing to replaced the roof on my daughter's house they did the job and we are happy with the roof. During the roof replacement something went wrong with a piece of there equipment that caused some kind of fluid to leak on a large portion of the driveway and to spray onto the garage door. Kings Roofing told us they would clean the fluid off of the driveway and door after several attempts to do so nothing was working . See notes below of the emails and calls I made trying to get someone from Kings Roofing to repair the damage they caused to our driveway IN AUGUST .

8-27-14 @ 10; 55 AM called [redacted] of Kings roofing about the oil spill on driveway and door he said sending someone out for the 4th time to try and fix it, he said he would call me back and talk about it.

9-10-14 @ 3:00 pm sent e-mail to [redacted] asking when will he clean up the oil spill note [redacted] never did call me back did send e-mail on 9-11-14 that [redacted] will contact me

9-29-14 @ 8:50 am sent e-mail that have not heard anything and when will this be handled

9-30-14 @ 9:30am call from [redacted] said he did not forget about us that he is busy because of all the rain and he will get back to us.

11-28-14 @ 4:09 pm sent email to [redacted] about the driveway and the posts on back porch also sent pictures of the same

12-1-14 @ 8:50am email from [redacted] states he will be out on 12-16-14 and said he will make it right. Sent email back asking [redacted] to let me know what time on the 16th

12-16-14 @ 7:20pm after waiting all day no one from kings roofing came to make it right, no call to reschedule no nothing, sent email to [redacted] about 6:00 pm stating my dissatisfaction.

12-17-14 @ 5:00pm [redacted] from Kings Roofing came to look at driveway he said he through it was done and said Kings roofing will fix it also told him that the post outback have still not been replaced , he said it maybe after the holidays I told him that is ok just keep me informed , also talked about contacting Revdex.com and 12 news to see if they can help I DON’T want to do that and I told him I will not at this time but this MUST be fixed.

12-18-14 @ 10:10am email from [redacted] apologized said it was his fault ,he said he and [redacted] will come up with a comprehensive plan and he will call me tomorrow, replied stating thanks for sending [redacted] up and to please keep me informed.

1-21-15 @ 11:45am call from [redacted] at Kings Roofing said he is going to put us on the schedule for next week and he will let me know when and what time.

2-2-15 @ 10:54 am sent another email to [redacted] at Kings Roofing again asking when he will MAKE IT RIGHT.

2-2-15 @ 6:54 pm email from [redacted] saying he got rid of the guys that did our roof, and he has had a bad back ,and he is short staffed, the weather has hindered his progress on homes with leaks that take precedent over ours. Excuses excuses, Note last rain on 1-31-12Desired Settlement: I would like Kings Roofing to repair the damage to our driveway and garage door that they caused . I think we have been patient we understand that things happen that are out of there control but it is up to the business to come up with a plan take care of the things that do go wrong and MAKE IT RIGHT.
