I bought a "semi permanent" eyeliner on March 10, and paid with [redacted] Pay When I received the eyeliner, I tried it, and there is nothing good about it Horrible actually! I immediately sent a message to Thrive They gave me the runaround and would not answer my repeated emails, although I was assigned a case number After that I would get an "auto reply" A few months later I saw it sitting in my makeup drawer (unused after the second try) and decided to contact them again They said they had never been contacted in March, and I was outside of the return window I have since forwarded the March emails to them, and they keep assigning new case numbers and denying I ever contacted them Finally someone gave me an address to mail back the eyeliner, and they have received it, but of course deny that they have it I am going to contact the CEO of [redacted] to let him know that this company is so bad that he should stop the [redacted] pay method This company lies, makes horrid products, then refuses to follow up $is a lot to pay for total junk I am happy to share the March emails with you as well as all of the others to prove my point There is a good reason they are rated F with the Revdex.com I'd be willing to bet that not one person has received a refund

I was tempted to spend LOTS with Thrive Causemetics after reading their charitable mission and spending hours reading their great customer reviews. Then I wondered, is Thrive's 'cause' a slick scheme to get tax write-offs at the expense of over charging their customers for their products (in the name of 'donations')? Products already have profit markups. So it seems when they 'donate' cosmetics to hospitalized victims, it's 'no skin off their back,' just off their customers' back.

Based on advertising I saw on Facebook by the company, Thrive Causemetics, and after visiting their website (http://www.thrivecausemetics.com) and seeing nothing but 5-star reviews, I ordered two Infinity Waterproof Eyeliners priced at $apiece They were advertised as being waterproof and having "Semi Permanent Micropigments™ [to] keep this eyeliner on your eyes for over hours." After paying for and receiving the product, I discovered that it is neither waterproof nor semi-permanent Eyeliner came off after a few hours of wear under routine conditions On their "Contact" page (https://thrivecausemetics.com/pages/customer-service), I reached out via Facebook and posted to their page with my review and concerns It was never public, and no one ever responded I also went to their website to post a 1-star review It was never made public, and other reviews on unbiased sites indicate the same - that Thrive Causemetics does not post reviews that are negative towards th

I am basing this star review based on the Liquid Lash Extensions MascaraIt was my one and only purchase (thank God)I bought this because I wanted my eyelashes to look like the numerous pics that happy customers postedThey did NOTI am leaving this review so that others may hopefully check the Revdex.com out before they make a ridiculously expensive purchase
Ladies, this is mascara, plain and simple$mascara, at thatMy best advice is to go to *** or *** and buy *** *** mascara at under $Honestly, it is NO DIFFERENT
That being said, I give it the stars instead of star because shipping was fast and it is a decent mascarajust a tad overpriced

I read the reviews for Thrive Causemetics, Incand I had to share
I actually love the products!! I want to share with everyone, who's absolutely entitled to their personal opinions, of what Thrive actually does OUTSIDE of selling cosmetics
For each product that you purchase, Thrive gives products to women who are physically ill and women who are domestically abusedYes, the products are slightly pricey, but they literally 'give' products to women who are in need, either physically or domestically It's for a good 'cause'No actually, they're a little pricey for a 'great cause'
And, my opinion, they have very good products!!
I also know that their Customer Service is on point! I had a challenge with some products that I purchased, contacted the company, and they helped me right away - twice!
My encouragement: if you have a challenge with any of your purchases, please contact the company, and call them as well as emailI believe that they want a great review from you and will go out of their way to be of service to you
Remember: they are serving a 'greater good' and a 'good cause'!
Continue to Thrive ladies!!

psAnd no, they didn't ask me to write this review! I wrote it for a good 'cause'! Lol!

I placed an order for three items and needed to return two of them because of the low quality of the productsI contacted Thrive via their chat tab on their websiteI was told that I would have to pay for the return shipping which is not listed anywhere on their website in the return/exchange FAQsThey do mention that if you do a return they will not refund original shipping costs, which I understandThe omission of the fact that they make you pay for the return shipping seems very shady to meWhen I spoke with "Alyssa" online I asked, "Why don't you mention that people have to pay for their own returns in your return FAQs?" She answered with "I wasn't aware that we didn't say that, MichelleI completely agree that it should be listed on their, and I am going to forward this on to our web development team." This is a bit of a bait and switch because Thrive tries to highlight on their website how easy it is to try their products and then return them if you don't like themVery de

I fell for the *** reviews I over bought and should have started with one product The eyeliner smudges, not waterproof The eyebrow pencil stays on for a very period, not waterproof The matte lipstick is very dry, smears onto teeth The products are overpriced in regards to the quality I am hoping the color stick is okay Too soon to evaluate I did not call company to complain Just too many products that are sub par Will consider this a lesson

The product I purchased was terrible, I can’t return it, and I can’t leave a recipe on their website

I ordered a lipstick which was never deliveredTheir delivery usually takes a while when I contacted them they said it was delivered but only the other item
That I ordered was deliveredThey wrote me an email basically saying they won’t send me a replacement because it was past the time for refundsThey provided me a promo code but I paid for that item which I never received

I had placed my second order with this company and received it on May 31stI wanted to try their eyeliner in another color before I decided between their company and another because the original order I had placed; the color was lighter in person than it appeared onlineUpon opening the new package I discovered that one of the colors sent was not a color that I would have orderedWhen I had placed the order, it was supposed to be buy three get a discountI thought it was the perfect opportunity to try two colors and save a little on a third for laterI will also say that these eyeliners do not have staying power for me, but they do work better than a cheap drugstore eyelinerIn the first order I also ordered a mascara, but it runs so I did not order anotherSo upon discovering the wrong color, I went to my email to check the order and discovered that it was indeed incorrect on the actual orderI remember double checking the colors before placing the order, so in my email to the
