Kings Tree Service failed to complete agreed verbal contract In january the kings tree service was verbally contracted to clear lawn growth and cut back tree growth and haul debri away At the price of $dollars this was to be doneThe job was half complete and I had to go out of town; so I paid Ronnie F [redacted] in full with the understanding he would complete the job Upon my return I discovered the tree branches cut were not removedI contacted Ronnie F [redacted] by phone and informed him the job was not completedThis is the month of June now, he met me at the property and looked at what needed to be doneHe said he would be there the next day to clear the branches It is now September and the branches have not been clearedI called him Wednesday, September 26, the answering machine took a message and the message was never returned

damage to property from tree work I hired kings tree service to take down a live oak lead branch,his guys lowered all the heavy branches on my roof and then used a chain saw on my roof to cut the branches up,one of his guys had to have dropped one of the branches and put a hole in my roof picture above,he messed my fence up,knocked the head of my mail box off bent a city stop sign,but the owner denies putting a hole in my roof there wasnt one there before and you can see the wood chips around the shingles from the picture, I had to pay a roofer to fix it on 8/14/

Paid $for trees in yard to be cut and they cashed the check they demanded payment upfront but never did the jobThey will not refund my money
wrote a check for the trees in my yard to be cut and the people who were going to perform the job gave an estimate and asked for a check for $to be wrotten upfrontOne person took it to the check cashing place, I believe check and go or advance AmericaThere had to be a lot of contact with banks and they were able to get their moneyThey came back from the bank but left in their truck to say they had to get a part for a saw that brokeThey never came back or calledI have the saved text messages from the phone number they gave where you can see that a different person will come finish but never has with multiple excusesNow I receive no responseIt was supposed to be done 10/27/

This is the second time I have used Kings Tree Service The first was to trim a very large Oak tree and today they removed two trees and trimmed a Magnolia tree
I have been very satisfied both times with their work They have taken great care in the removal and trimming not to damage anything in your yard and have always cleaned up the yard very well when finished
I feel their prices are reasonable, and their crew and owners friendly and professional I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them
