Review: we had a 11,000 dollar roof put on and the guy we hired was barely there, they put a tarp doun the side of the house, but we have tar marks going doun our house from shingles flying off the roof,also we have black hand prints and smuges all over the two dormers of the house, not to mention the 4 bricks that were broke off the top of our chimminy and didnt even put them back right, just piled them on top of the chimminy, we had insulation from the 2nd floor coming out of the sofit and open for the animals to come and enjoy the inside of the house, and we just had the house painted last year a nantucket blue with [redacted] paint the owner said they cant do anything about the tar marks, the worst part that we kind of came to an agreement, was the siding that was broken, since I just replaced the broken shingles over the most of the house, including the front dormer both sides had been damaged and the dormer in the back of the house also had damage, so I pointed it out and he tryed to deny it, that I showed him before the job was started,I said get me 3-4 boxes of the replacement shingles and i'll fix your mistakes since im used to the type of work, since I just fixed all them 1 year back , well he only droped off 1 box of shingles thats only 12 peices of siding and he left and we havent seen him since I showed him the damage deffinetly not enough shingles to fix his mess up, we had a 25,000 dollar pourch put on the house with white plastic railings and I caught there worker cutting a peice of wood on the white railings like it was a saw horse, he scratched the hell out of it and turned it black with friction marks, the owner was able to get most of the black marks off but the scratches remain and the new railing is permanately damaged, how rude to use my railing we just paid 25,000 bucks for as a cutting area, and I said to the kid that was doing it...do u want saw horses? and he said there is a set right there, 10 feet away !Desired Settlement: I dont want him to wipe goo gone all over my siding and turn my house into pokedots everywere! would like to get it painted, or have him buy the [redacted] nantucket blue that we paid to have painted the first time! and not only one gallon. like the one box of siding he bought for me. it takes way more than 1 gallon of paint to do the house! I dont want him back at the house and dont want confrontation . remember if he trys to wipe goo-gone or a cleaning agent on the siding you will c dots
