I tried to respond to the business response from Kingsbury Pond Rental Camp but do not believe it may have gone through I have photos of what happened to us I gave an accurate account of what happened *** ***’s response was not only inaccurate as there was no verbal abuse rather tears on sadness for them ruining much of our vacation He said he would leave his wife to settle things with us so therefore he did not participate in some of the conversations She put up her right hand to God and promised our security deposit back and said she was so sorry for what happened that she was not aware of because she wasn’t there The Port a Pot which they said was never emptied from the Tuesday prior to our arrival They did not come on the designated day nor ever came again They even said to us they were thinking of switching to another company So we were left with a Port a pot that was fill from nearly two weeks of waste There was no screaming or yelling just tears of frustration His response sadly is full of falsehoods and omissionsAgain I have photos of all of it and happy to send to whomever

To Whom it may concern,Sorry for the delay in response as we were out of state for the last two weeks with family. I have attached a copy of the written notice to the tenant after their stay and the rental agreement, this copy does not show that she signed it but did so and I do have the...
signed copy if you need it. Mrs [redacted] been impossible to communicate with, Any time we tried she was verbally abusive and out of control. I have no idea what she is talking about as far as a front end loader as none was ever up there. As for the Port a Pot company they did go up there and the car belonging to the [redacted]'s was blocking the area and the company knocked on the door and no one would answer or move their vehicle so they had no alternative but to not empty it. I did cut up one tree on my lot with a chain saw but did so when there was no car in the driveway they used and no one was around. She refused to even discuss any problem she thought she was having before she stopped payment on the check rendering it a worthless instrument. There was a delivery of supplies from a local lumber yard ([redacted]) on the Friday before her Saturday check out and she did go over and yell and scream at the guy who told her that he was just there oft drop of supplies for the following week. If you would like the name and number of the worker I can let you know.I am not sure why she is contacting the Boston Revdex.com as this happened in Maine but am happy to cooperate and let you know any information you need.
