Review: I was at high point and talked to a sales representive and they told me that I was allowed to purchase furniture through them. I have contacted representitives through them for months once this happed. The first person that I contaceted told me that I needed a resale liscense and I called and contacted them again and told me that all I needed to do was send my tax id. I wated a bit and finaly got an email back that told me to send my business liscensce etc. By this time I had already shown some furniture to a client htat is now expecting to get it. I have called and no one can answer the questions about there policies. I finally talke to some guy names brian that hung up on me today cause as a functioning represetive should be able to work on this issue. He to no avail has tried to help me this is the third person that I have spoke with with all three telling me different issues o a situation. As a company you should have the same procedxures for all people. They misrepresented themselves at high point and continue this with no proper procedures. If you can not do something don't misrepresent yourselfDesired Settlement: Someone needs to call and apologize for me misrepresenting myself to clients and there poor representation of themselves.
