Kingston Brass never requested that I send them the faucetthey are being extremely unreasonable to require me to remove my faucet and send it to themWhat do they expect me use as a faucet for the next ?Weeks? This is a stall tactic, do I have to pay a plumber 2x to come to my house? once to remove the faucet and a second time to install the replacement? This is a highly unreputable company, they continue to drag out any resolution for the replacement parts and now weeks later they want me to be without a kitchen faucet?? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
There is no such thing s a warranty of any sort. You will be lied to and endure a long uneventful process of total disappointment.
There are NO PARTS available. You will be routed to a >complaint< center where you will be treated rudely. You are completely on your own and will get nowhere no matter when or where you made the mistake of dealing with these crooks
