we have been dealing with this company in particular debra wcalling my cell phone non stop for months now for a debt with an insurance company that was paid off weeks after we were told of debt due was paid nov it has now been paid for months in full and I have sent ms.wthe receipt showing the payment I have also spoke with the insurance company as we have insurance with them and they have no idea why we are getting calls from them still as nothing is owedi have proven that to them but she continues to call and is rude how do I go about getting this stopped? let alone how its going to wreck credit when there's nothing really due ?? again this morning she called I have had enough , what is my next legal step ?
They kept calling my phone number looking for someone that is not me I repeatedly pressed to say I wasn't that personThen one time they called and went straight to a representative and I informed them that I was not that person and they agreed to take me off the lastAfter that I was obviously not taken off the list and I still received callsI then called them back and told them I wasn't the person and I was hung up on [redacted] I have now blocked the number as dealing with these people is impossible and they are incredibly [redacted] and do not do there job as they repeatedly call the wrong person with knowledge that they are the wrong person [redacted]
