My fiance and I had our hearts set on this place, we got approved and were still hassled about income. I gave a deposit of $200 to hold our apartment, we told the lady several times we were still in a lease and it would not be up till the 31st. We called 7/13/15 for some information on our apartment and was told our apartment that wasn't gonna be ready for a week or more was ready and we had to be in by Thursday or following Monday to sign the lease and pay rent for that month (Never agreed to this moving in sooner). They failed to tell me corporate policy they cannot hold an apartment longer than a week after the deposit is paid, this business told me it must have been a mistake on her part and unfortunately I'd lose my apartment and they had already cashed my deposit money before a lease was ever signed. I do NOT recommended this to anybody.
