As owner of Kingston Homes I am very proud of our company and what we representWe are asmall, local homebuilder striving to do our very
best, working closely with our customers to exceedtheir expectationsEvery large, custom project has its unforeseen challenges and we prideourselves on meeting those demandsWe have stood behind our work on this project andaddressed all of this customer's concerns in a pleasant and professional mannerKingston valueseach of our customers and truly regrets any dissatisfactionWe have spoken with our HVAC subcontactorand he has agreed to pay the charge in questionAs far as the propane tank is concerned,it is a matter of safety and a standard in new home construction for a propane tank to be leasedfrom the propane providerWe feel this is in our customer's best interest as the tank is regularlymaintained and inspected by the company supplying itAlthough we have explained this, it hasbecome evident that t his customer is not in agreement on this issueWe are providing her with therequested funds to install a propane tank at her own riskKingston Homes hopes these efforts havesatisfied t his customer and resolved this dispute
