To Whom It May Concern,I am the Manager at Kingston Port Apartments, in response to the complaint you received from a previous resident, as soon as the resident came in with the complaint I immediately contacted our pest control company (Big M Pest Control) while she was in my office, a date was set for the pest control to come out, in the meanwhile glue boards were given to resident until pest control came out, once they did the apartment was treated by pest control weekly inside and outside of the apartmentOur maintenance staff also applied sealant along all the baseboards inside the apartmentAlthough the carpet in the bedroom (ceramic tile everywhere else) did not need to be replaced, at the residents request we did replace the carpetPest control and the staff here worked diligently to try to resolve the problem for this resident, she continued to be unhappyAlso, resident mentioned in her complaint about cockroaches and water bugs, which is completely new to usResident never mention this situation to us or request pest control for thisSpeaking with my supervisor a decision was made to release this person from her contract with us with no penaltiesI am attaching pest control documentation of the treatments.Sincerely,Kingston Port Manager
