I purchased a cart in 2014 but after 1 drive my mare was on stall rest. This year after 3 or 4 drives on paved roads at a walk, the steel wheel had chunks off the side of it fall off. It looks terrible! These steel wheels with rubber were supposedly made to withstand trail driving! I called and talked to an employee that could barely understand English, so it took awhile to get my point across. He told me to buy black spray paint and paint it! I waited 3 weeks for the owners to get back from holiday vacation. No one has answered my emails, website comments, or phone calls! This after I have spent over $1000 with them for more carts and accessories! DO NOT BUY FROM KINGSTON!

Review: I purchased an EZ entry horse cart from kingston saddlery. While driving the cart on the paved road, the metal frame of the cart gave way and cause the seat to fall forward with the frame scraping on the ground. It almost caused an accident, however, my horse was not bothered by the noise and stopped on command. I sent pictures and an e-mail to the company explaining what had happened. I also called the company and spoke with a gentleman about what happened. He told me that he received the e-mail and would look into it. I called back week later because I had not heard from him and he offered to replace the frame, but I did not want a replacement because I realized that the very thin metal is not safe for a horse driving cart as advertised. He agreed to pay $200 for the cost of the part. I have tried to call him back and sent two voice mails along with two e-mails saying that I would accept the $200 refund offer. The cost of the cart was $500. I believe he may be avoiding my e-mails and phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a $200 refund which was offered for the defective part of the cart. The cart cost $500 and the gentleman argued that the other pieces of the cart are still in tact, so he feels he should not refund the whole amount. He offered $200 as a refund.

Purchased solid rubber wheels and conversion runners from Kingston Saddlery Supplies a couple of years ago and I should have written a review then. Kingston Saddlery is exceptional. There was a sleeve missing when I received my order and their customer service is so good they should be a model for the rest of the business world. The missing piece was received two days later.The quality of their items and materials are just like their customer service: excellent. I refer all my distance driving friends to Kingston Saddlery Supplies and share my positive purchasing experience.
