This was six months ago, with a day warranty During out thirty day warranty we accept returns for any reason, but after six months I have no idea if it is one of our phones, or if damage or malfunction was caused by the six months of daily useI'm sorry but I cannot offer credit or refund on an order of six months

This order is from six months ago, I have no idea after this long if this is even my phone On a thirty day warranty, I can't just extend the warranty by five months At time of sale, buyer was offered, not by me , from two different extended warranty companies to extend the warranty, and buyer declined both

I have nothing more to addThe warrant could not be clearer, and I am not willing to extend a warranty just because the buyer didn't use it for a month If this case remains unresolved I understand, but I will no longer respond to it

I'm not sure of how I can respondThe phone came with a day warranty, which expired more than two months ago You purchased the extended warranty, that is not something that I sell, its from another company If they are not honoring that warranty, you should file a Revdex.com complaint with them

We do not believe this to be true, the buyer has been profane and threatening in his emails to us Buyer contacted me to let me know that he was not happy with his purchase I sent him another iphone via a deposit of half price, and sent out a second phone as a replacmentBuyer was not happy with the second purchase and as he was completely under warranty we told him to send them both back for full refunds and sent a postage paid mailer to send them back This has been done through both [redacted] and [redacted] so buyer has complete buyer protection, and will be refunded within hours of them coming back.Buyer is free to post tracking number of returns so Revdex.com can monitor refunds

I have a warranty of 30 days, cover everything including just changing your mind. Buyer is claiming they spoke to me three days later, they had up to a month to return it for any reason at all, if they had issues after three days, they could have returned it. Now more than two... months have passed and I'm sorry but I don't have any messages from you from a few days after purchase, even a month after purchase. These are now well out of warranty, in fact so out of warranty that even my warranty from my supplier is expired. I'm sorry, if you had issues if you had contacted me within 30 days you would have received a prepaid mailer and it would have been refunded.

I am rejecting this response because buyer sold phones with the full intent to knowingly defraud his customers. If you look at the first image you can see that there are over battery cycles on the phone. Essentially means the battery has been fully drained and recharged more than times. This is consistent with a phone used for over a year. The first image is of an [poor] aftermarket replacement of the iPhone LCD screen resulting in discoloration. Purchase was made for a birthday gift and seller's attempt to pass a used phone as new was malice.Seller sent a replacement (again used) at almost full retail price after initial problem with phone (discoloration of LCD screen) was shown to him. If you look on his *** feedbacks as well google his company's profile you will see there are hundreds of users that he has defrauded in the SAME EXACT manner. Accidents happen in any business, but this business actions are with the full intention to defraud. These actions should be punishable to the full extent of the law. Please take a look at this forum, to see other complaints of this company's reputation for defraud his customers. Keep in mind, users registering on this site had to register, wait days to get their new account approved, then come back to post their complaint. This is proof of businesses practice to have consistently lie and defraud his customers for many years. I can only assume there are many "satisfied" customers that are unaware of the switch & bait tactics this business practices

I am rejecting this response because: I am not negating the fact that the phone came with a 30-day warrantyThe issue is that the phone was falsely advertised and sold as “New” when in fact the phone is “Refurbished/Used.” If MistyElectronics read the full scope of my initial complaint the issue is blatantly obviousI purchased the extended warranty on the phone but the root issue for both the insurance company and the manufacturer comes back to the same issue with the state of the phoneIf I purchased the phone “new” the phone would still be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for a period of time after purchaseThis is standard electronic warranty coverageThe manufacturer would be obligated to cover any issues with the phone as it relates to the defects and system errors Upon calling the manufacturer, I was asked to provide the device serial number for the phoneEach device has a unique serial number that can always be traced back with its purchase historyAfter providing this information, the manufacturer’s researched their system and found that the phone was already registered and purchased on December 18, and the manufacturers warranty ended on 01/18/This confirmed that the phone was “used.” My extended warranty is null and void at this point as the company that he referred for coverage has the same inaccurate informationThe insurance company is using my purchase date as the date of sale for the warranty and if this were a “new” phone then the manufacturers warranty would still be in play How can you explain a supposed “new” telephone purchased in June that is exhibiting issues of the entire screen pulling completely away from the base, screen flickering and restarting on its own Numerous transactions happen between a business and a consumer, however, what is the price for fraudulent advertisement and consumer distrust? If you go to the Federal Trade Commission website *** and search “Truth in Advertising.” The website explicitly states that a consumer should report such fraudulent advertisement and “when the FTC finds a case of fraud perpetrated on consumers, the agency files actions in federal district court for immediate and permanent orders to stop scams; prevent fraudsters from perpetrating scams in the future; freeze their assets; and get compensation for victims.” In this situation my proper compensation is complete refund of my cost for this falsely advertised deviceHad this business been truthful in this matter from the beginning I would not be at this point. My intentions were never to submit a complaint, but I tried to come back to the business for assistance and I received no response to multiple emails and callsThis was a sign of guilt and unwillingness to address the real issue with the product sold.

This purchase was reviewed by ***, the purchase site It was found in my favor It was then reviewed by *** It was also found in my favor The buyer purchased the items, had them shipped to I believe Bolivia, and then three weeks later he said he only got two

I'm sorry you do not feel a full refund including shipping costs back is satisfactory for the two phones, but that is the most I am willing to offer.  Please return the two phones to me and I will refund in full.

As we don't keep track of the imei numbers of phones, I have no way to be sure this is my phone.  I have a 30 day warranty, no questions asked, I take it back for any reason at all, even if you simply don't like it.   It doesn't start from the day you begin using it, no warrant does.  30 days is plenty of time to check it out and if there is an issue, to return it, at my cost. I'm sorry, I am not willing to extend the warranty to when you decided to start to use it.

I have no record of you sending any message, and I have a no questions asked return policy of 30 days.  While this is out of warranty, it is not out by much, please send it back with a note saying what is wrong with it, and your full name and address and I'll replace it for you. send it...

This item came with a 30 day warranty, and the buyer had the opportuntity to purchase an extended warranty not from me, but from two different extended warranty companies. He declined.  If he had the problem, I'd have worked with him if he contacted me within the warranty period.  Then...

even after checking with apple, he didin't contact me until more than a week later. At this time, because of the date being so far out of warranty, and not contacting me even after he talked to apple, I cannot even be sure its my phone and cannot extend a 30 day warranty to more than two months

I am rejecting this response because:
The purchase was on May 19th 2016.  The phone was received back in the merchants possession on the on June 6th 2016.  This makes his argument invalid.  The merchant did provide a pre-paid return shipping label.  Being a reasonable person I gave the merchant a couple weeks to process the credit.  After that time passed I contacted him again.  He only replied with the question of how many phones did I return.  I replied back with the answer and did not hear from him again.  I contested the charge with my credit card company who reversed the charges and credited our account.  I provided them with the data that I have provided the Revdex.com.  The merchant had the phone and the money until this point.  He is aware of the dates and timeline and continues to challenge this wasting everyone's time as if it is some sort of game.  This merchant advertised a product as new that was not new.  I the emails that was sent he never denied this fact.  This is fraud from my point of view.

That is because in about four different places, including emails and the listing it says the warranty is 30 days. You were contacted by not one but two, different extended warranty companies that would have you covered for a year. You declined to purchase the extended warranty. Then, after...

buying the item in the beginning of June, you contact both [redacted] and [redacted] to try to get a refund, and since they see the warranty was thirty days, and that you have been using it for more than four months, both [redacted] and [redacted] declined your claim.
