As you know, you met with our investigator on Saturday, March 26, 2015 regarding your claim to make a recorded statement regarding the facts of the loss.  At this time, we have referred the vehicle out to an independent expert for a complete lock analysis which should be completed by Tuesday,...

April 5, 2016.  Depending on the results of the forensic analysis, we may require that you submit to an Examination Under Oath.  We will contact you upon receipt of the report.

In response to the complaint filed by [redacted], please be advised that as of the date the complaint was filed [redacted] had not submitted their subrogation proofs to our office.  [redacted] actually forwarded the file to their collection service, ([redacted], who are located in WA),...

and they sent the letter to the Brook's advising that they are in jeopardy of losing their driver's licence if the claim is not paid.  Upon receipt of the complaint the adjuster reached out to [redacted], had them forward the proofs and the claim was settled on 6/7/17 for the amount of their demand, $5,238.47.  The adjuster also confirmed that [redacted] would not be moving forward with the license suspensions.  Should you require any further information, please contact our office.

I am rejecting this response because: in order for me to know my tire pressure the vehicle has to be on. I have a police report the gas station has footage and my car was n the news found on the expressway.. Its still THEFT... THIS IS WHATS GOING ON IN THE CITY OF CHICAGO!! This loss happened on 7/16/17, was reported to our office on 7/17/17 and assigned to the adjuster on 7/18/17.We contacted the insured on 7/18/17 and assigned a tow to one of our shops. The estimate was received in our office on 7/26/17 and payment was issued to the insured and shop on 7/27/17,...

9 business days after the loss.The rental that the insured had was thru the agency so we will be unable to assist with that since she did not take the rental coverage under our policy.

I am rejecting this response because:I have not been contacted by the insurance company  it has been unbearable dealing with the insurance company they have not even contacted the finance company regarding my claim not only that they wont even stay in touch with me regarding this matter my next step is to contact the attorney general this insurance company is doing every thing they can think of not to pay for my car I am paying for a rent a car every week which I think I should be reimbursed for.

I am rejecting this response because: It was not about my vehicle being fixed, it was about how rude I was talked to. No one seemed to be able to give me an answer to my questions. I asked to speak to a supervisor twice and both times I was told there was no supervisor, Ive never worked in a place unsupervised. Like I said before I understood my vehicle was not going to be ready right away  but no one was communicating with me.
