They damage my car and lost the carpets
I have a collectors *** and I asked them to wash the carpets because we repair an antifreeze leak and some of it got into the drivers floorThey gave me a two hundred dollars estimate to wash and vacuum de carIt seem a little expensive but I wanted to take good care of the car and believe only a professional could do a good jobThey asked me to leave the car with them for three days to allow it to dry and I accepted after asking them to be gentle with the car because is in very good shape but is oldI was not happy to leave it for so long but they insisted that there was no other way
When I insisted on picking it up late on the third day I saw the car outside and one of the staff trying to unlock the door in a very rough wayI run to him and unlock the door but I could feel the lock jammedI told the owner of Kingsway but he said it was nothing serious

Amazing job quality at a reasonable priceThey were super meticulous and easy to book in withHighly recommend them to anyone in the greater Vancouver area looking to get their vehicle looking and feeling brand new once again I was very pleased with there work quality, however they can work on their timing and maybe get a waiting area if I have to wait an extra minutes! Nothing major but little things go a long way!
