I am rejecting this response because: the business is claiming they did due diligence in offering the serviceThis was why we asked the sales person about any and all termsNeither the sales person, nor Security Solutions mentioned the length of the contract till they required it to serve their needsThere was no truth in advertising on the part of security solutions or their representatives.

Our records indicate that the customer signed an agreement for months of service on June 7th which was installed on 06/21/One March 8th Mr*** called and stated they were having financial problems and wanted to cancelAfter speaking with him it was agreed he could not pay on
the first and the 20th would be betterThe customer made the payments until March The credit was declined for the April payment at which time our office contacted the Nancy *** who told us that she thought the service was cancelled and we stated that we had been working with her husband and we asked him to call usMr*** called us back and we informed of the credit decline and he stated that he wanted to cancel that the sales rep never told him that this was a month agreementHe was advised of the balance and asked that we send the bill, then he said he was not going to pay it and told us to send it to collections and hung up on our agent. Our records indicate a duly executed agreementKindly send a copy of page of the alarm services agreement to us so that we can further investigateCurrently the consumer is responsible for the balance of contract as they received free equipment and installation based on the signed agreement.
