Review: I had went to this dealership to purchase a vehilcle 2008 mitsubishi lancer VIN number [redacted]. I had made a deposit of $1925 for the vehilcle. They did not give me the car they said they couldnt give me the car that day because the car had to be inspected and her broker had to get my registration and the plates that it will be ready the next day. the next day came they ignored my phone calls when I went to the dealership she said she couldnt get in contact with the broker. I started to feel funny about the vehicle so I called the dmv and did a vin check come to find out the car has a lein still on it fron TD auto finance. I called TD auto finance and they comfiemed they still owned the vehicle. They advised me if I gave the dealership money to get my money back. I went to get my money back they gave me a check for $1000 and said they would give me the rest the next week they gave the money to me in a chace check that had the business name on it. I cashed it a check cashing place. The secong check was giving to me dated for the [redacted] of september 2014 I cashed it at pls check cashing place on the [redacted] of september. On the [redacted] of september PLS called me and told me the check did not clear and that because I endorced the check I was responsible for it as well. I called the dealership to let them know this issue I got no answer. I went to the dealership they completley moved. it is a empty lot. I was told by neighbors that they came in one day overnight and moved everything out. and they they heard they moved to new jersey. Please help me with this situation. They need to be stop ASAP!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like for them to either give me the $925 plus the extra 60 dollars PLS is charging for the bad check so I can return it to them or they be sopeanoed to do it themselves. I also would like them to be investigted because they scammed a few other people and this is unexceptable.
