Review: When ordering a martial arts uniform, this store attempted to charge my credit card 3 different times for this single order. They used a different physical address each time causing the card to be flagged for fraud. We then called the company to confirm that only one ordered needed to be processed and to delete redundant orders. They said they did not have any orders from us. I again called my card holder company and they again confirmed that 3 authorizations had been placed to this company. After calling the company back a second time they still denied having placed orders to my card. I had to call my card holder back again to have my card cancelled to prevent this company from submitting any further charges and start the fraud investigation process. This caused me the loss of my card at the Christmas season when I need it the most and required a $10 service charge to me to have my card replaced.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay, cash or check, for the cost of me having to replace my credit card. I would also like them posted as a company of irreputable transactions.
