Review: In May of 2013 I used the Kinkos/[redacted] Office computer center to print out several documents for my business. When I attempted to print-out the 83 page document, the printer jammed and I was unable to fix the printer or flag down a responsible employee. At that of night, about 7Pm there were only two employees in the office. There were huge lines and they could help at that time. I waited 45 minutes for someone to help, but they were busy. I attempted to contact the managers on several occasions, but my phone calls were never returned. The cost was $47.36 that I am out of pocket.Desired Settlement: I would like an instore credit or a check in the amount of $47.36.
