We disagree with the following home owners statement:Approx1/years after the completion of our work, the home incurred smoke damageAt that time the ceiling was removed which then gave the homeowners a full view of the attic area and ventingIf there was something observed at that time that
they felt was done incorrectly, they should have called us immediately so that we could inspect and make any necessary corrections however they proceeded to remove any evidence of the existing conditions and performed work themselves.The mold was not caused by our workThis home had moisture problems for years from ice dams and condensation due to a poorly designed and built home.We did make an agreement with the homeowner per email to install additional exhaust venting, attic shuttles, and reimburse them $500.00.We admit our commitment was not completed in a timely manner for which we apologized.
