a short distance from house when girlfriend called and he went back. Vendor told tenant the problem should be taken care of, if not call him on Monday and he would come back. Tenant never called vendor back and he assumed was fixed. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. The owner and myself would be glad to talk to the tenant and talk about the motel charges. I do not always know the outcome after a vendor has been to the property.We will be more than glad to work this out .

same load of [redacted] they told me trying to cover themselfs the first time one no call was recieved either time except when I recieved a call at work that the repairman was here after they failed to set up a appointment in advance and failed to even have a follow up call the repair man said nothing of the sort broke the side off with pliars proceeded to poke at the drain hole with a screw driver said it was fixed and it would be fine the next morning it was not I took it out my self pressure washed it and added two extra drain holes on the bottom of the unit before it became functional again
