Profanity was not used - just abruptness.
Miss [redacted] wrote an email to one of our managers with a list of issues -
1st. The issue of the HOA does not pertain to January of 2014 but July 2014 to present. The items listed before January 2014 does not pertain to Miss [redacted].
2nd. The lien release charge she referred to was for the previous owner before title. Please do not concern yourself of anything before February.
3rd. We made a payment plan in 2014 and I waived fees and would have continued waiving fees but Miss [redacted] stopped paying what she committed to paying. I can waive some more late fees to assist but need to go back on a payment plan and Miss [redacted] needs to complete it. If the dollar amount is more than what she can financially do we can lower it to $125.00 mthy until pd off. The system that Kinney Mgt uses automatically adds monthly fees and therefore, when I do reports I have to go in and waive the late fees.
4th. As far as the trash can on the street. I would have to ask Peri and get back to Miss [redacted].

March 7, 2016 - our office sent Miss [redacted] an attorney demand letter due to missed payments and Miss [redacted] did not follow through with her payment plan from 2014 from her previous complaint to Revdex.com. Three statements were mailed to her in hopes to assist in helping her...
understand she still owed and had not followed through with our agreement. Our office waived per our previous agreement $60.00 on 7/10/15. Miss [redacted] called Kinney Mgt the week of March 14th and Spoke with an accountant who advised her that her account was with our office. She demanded to speak with her supervisor who was on the phone at that time and Mss [redacted] hung up on the accountant. When she called back and spoke with the receptionist at Kinney Mgt asking for the Supervisor - She was on the phone and had choice words for the receptionist and hung up on her. Last Wed, we got a message that she was attempting to speak with someone about her account. Rosemary called her to discuss her account. Miss [redacted] did not want to discuss her account but only wanted a statement, she was abrupt with Rosemary. In our office we have tried to reach out to Miss [redacted].
Please see the attached statement from 7/1/14 to present. Again, we are happy to assist with a payment plan with Miss [redacted].
