We are an online seller of ladies fashion shoes based in the UK, we offer all the latest trends at affordable pricesYou will find us under the name of KINO LONDON on [redacted] .Our company head office is in the UK, the US address which we have provided to the customer is a return location only and has no other relation to our businessIf a customer requires a refund they can do so by returning the product(s) to the US address within days of purchase, we just ask that the item is to be in its original, unworn re-saleable conditionIf the item received is faulty or incorrect we shall cover the cost of postage (This does not affect your statutory rights).The customer sent us a return request which we accepted, we provided the customer with all relevant details to return the packageThe information we provided the customer with complies with [redacted] rules and regulationsWe have been communicating with the customer since the [redacted] April, unfortunately we have been unable to move forward as they refuse to return unless we cover the return costDue to duration and nature of this ongoing matter we offered to reimburse up to $towards return postage, we have not received a response since this last message on the ***.Previously we would cover the cost of returning from the US as we only had a UK return address in place as we are a UK sellerWe now have a temporary US return location set up which enables refunds to be processed much quicker & cost effective.Please use [redacted] or above address for all future correspondenceIf there’s anything else we can help you with please do not hesitate to make contact with us

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] They offered this AFTER I send it back, not a guarantee I would get this $plus the cost of the shoes when it costs over $to send it back to the UKI wrote to [redacted] , they are in violation of the selling A-Z because they do not state that if you do not like their shoes, which are not high quality in any way shape or form, that you cannot return themThey do not state that you have to send it back with your own money to get your money back for the shoes, in which you lose money on the purchaseThey basically give you no alternative then to keep them which is ridiculous when I have returned more and had no problems till this terrible company came alongKnowing I am a [redacted] woman on a limited income, with now a [redacted] ***, they want me to pay for shipping back .Wasted all this time going back and forth over the return when every company on [redacted] gives you a return [redacted] stickerAll of themThis is the first one I have come across who haven'tThey have horrible customer service, are horrible at handling returns and they are using the fact that they are in the UK as an excuse not to send a return sticker for their merchandise I never should have ordered because they are complete garbageI only want my money back and to return them, which is my right as a consumerThey are breaking that rule of good customer service and [redacted] had a great reputation for handling this till nowI want my money back, I want to return their garbage and cannot afford $for shipping on these shoes, it is not worth that in the slightest In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

This company sells off of ***.No where do the say they will not help a customer return the itemI have asked them and *** to provide me with a label to return and they refuseSending back these shoes I cannot wear because of a *** *** costs more than the shoeThey are rude, will not work with me and *** refuses to uphold their A-Z GuaranteeThere is no place telling a consumer to pay for shipping back and they will not return shipping costs If you send it back on your own*** is not holding up their guarantee and the company is unprofessional and rudeI want to return this useless pair of merchandise to them and get my money back but they refuseI want my money back

Due to the duration of this dispute we have issued a full refund for you, the funds will go back into the same account you used to make payment from. We do not require you to return the item.
