Review: On Saturday, March 7, 2015 I purchased a gift for my girlfriend at this business. At the time of purchase I asked for a gift receipt just in case she already had the item and she, in fact, did have it. The item was not even removed from the box.I went in on Sunday, March 8, to return the item. At that time I didn't realize I did not have the receipt. They told me they could not do "the RETURN" without a receipt and I had to bring back within 7 days, which I understood.Today, Monday, March 9, 2015 I went back, with the receipt, to RETURN the item and was told I could only get a credit. Although that is printed on the receipt, which I didn't realize until today, they had two opportunities to inform me that it was exchange only and did not.Unfortunately, this is a Japanese Book Store, and there is nothing of interest that I can purchase and do not read Japanese. The item I am trying to return is $156 that I paid in cash.Desired Settlement: Would like my refund in cash as I did have the receipt and was trying to return the unopened item within 3 days.
