I am rejecting this response because:
I brought the vehicle back in and paid for my own rental. The explanation I was given is that bolts weren't put back in. This had absolutely nothing to do with warranty and everything to do with incompetence on the dealer's part.

[redacted] contacted the Revdex.com via phone and accepted the offer of a free oil change.  This issue is now resolved.

We mailed
license plates to Ms[redacted] to the address on her car deal paperwork, which was
on Treadway. As of today, we have not
received them back at our office, but our car deal supervisor will cancel those
and get new plates from the court house tomorrow, as they are closed today due
to the holiday. We can either mail the
plates to the [redacted] address shown on her complaint or she can pick them
up at the switchboard operator's desk after 1:pm Tuesday, Feb17, We will hold plates here at the dealership until Ms[redacted] advises what she prefers to do
With respect to
her Extended Warranty cancellation request, this has been submitted but does take several weeks to process.
However, she will not receive a refund directly since there is a lien on
the vehicle. The refund payment will go
to the institution that financed the vehicle.[redacted]

Via phone: [redacted] verified check was received and this compliant is resolved.

[redacted] is our service manager and he spoke to Mrs [redacted] personally.  She was happy with the free oil change on her next visit.

To begin, I would like to start by saying how deeply sorry we are and hope you will accept our apology for not knowing this information in the beginning. Upon our first discussions prior to our original response no one offered this information. All parties involved have been reprimanded accordingly for not informing management staff of the issue up front. Kinsel Ford Inc is willing to refund Mr. [redacted] for any rental expenses he has incurred already because of our negligence. Please submit a copy of the rental bill and we will issue a refund. But as stated before, Kinsel Ford Inc understands the customer’s situation. We will put forth every effort we can to diagnose and evaluate the transmission concern in question in a timely manner. Unfortunately, a rental vehicle will not be authorized by their extended warranty company for future repairs until a diagnosis is completed and repairs are approved. We will do everything in our power to provide a prompt and courteous service to Mr. [redacted] and to keep Mr. [redacted] from incurring any more expenses.
