To begin, I would like to start by saying how deeply sorry we are and hope you will accept our apology for not knowing this information in the beginningUpon our first discussions prior to our original response no one offered this informationAll parties involved have been reprimanded accordingly for not informing management staff of the issue up frontKinsel Ford Inc is willing to refund Mr [redacted] for any rental expenses he has incurred already because of our negligencePlease submit a copy of the rental bill and we will issue a refundBut as stated before, Kinsel Ford Inc understands the customer’s situationWe will put forth every effort we can to diagnose and evaluate the transmission concern in question in a timely mannerUnfortunately, a rental vehicle will not be authorized by their extended warranty company for future repairs until a diagnosis is completed and repairs are approvedWe will do everything in our power to provide a prompt and courteous service to Mr [redacted] and to keep Mr [redacted] from incurring any more expenses
