Dear Revdex.com: In response to your letter about a complaint about [redacted] Beekeeping Inc...This customer has made a number of accusations and misstatement in her complaint letterWhen I first spoke to her on 10/16/ [not 6/1/as she stated] our conversation covered exactly what we do to remove bees from a houseWhen bees are inside of a wall or roof we inject a dust with cointo the wall to exterminate the beesIf the bees are entirely outside the structure then they can be removedThe reason being that in order to remove bees from inside a wall extensive damage is necessary to open the wall etcto get the bees out and the service is more expensive and the repairs can be thousands of dollarsShe wanted the least expensive optionThe job was done on 10/17/[not 6/1/as stated] invoice # [redacted] for $+ $tax[Not $as stated] All dust was inside hole with bees not on roof or furniture as statedAs for the time the job took [she stated mins] it took almost mins just to move the ladder and to set up equipment but that is irrelevant since we charge for the result not for the amount of time the job takesThe price to exterminate the bees was agreed to over the phoneShe says she did not want the bees killed which is not trueWe guarantee to get rid of the bees so if they are not all gone in hrsthere is no charge to come backShe never called to say they were not goneOn 12/31/our office called about the bill and she said she was unhappy that the bees were killed but she was also unhappy they were not all killed and would call back which she never didOn 8/25/another invoice was mailed and we received no responseOn 9/21/she was called and said she paid another company $to treat the bees and hung upIt is obvious she is trying to get out of her obligation to pay for our service to rid her of bees which we didSincerely, [redacted]
