so I bought a couple subs from this restaurantI explained to the person on the phone that I didn't want mayonnaise in my food because I have an allergy to itThey repeated everything back to me on my orderwe picked up our food came home to eat realize there was mayonnaise on my foodSo I called back so they can remake it even though I had taken a bite of the sub which mind you could have been bad but anyhow I just wanted in exchange for my sub so I can have dinnerThey close at and it was minutes to so I called they never picked up the phone I called three times and not one time did they pick up so mind you I had to do something other than have my sub for dinnerSo I called back the next day once I get out of work ask for the manager explain my situation and told him I wanted a refund he said he would give me a credit I told him I didn't want a credit I wanted a refund not only did you screw up my sandwich but I explained the reason why on the phone the night I got the s
