Kinston Auto Mart

I purchased a car 2003 BMW from Kinston Auto Mart on August 17, 2013 and drove the car for 2 mths...car has had major mechanical issues...(all which are not covered in the 12 mths warranty) repairs have cost me over $1500 and car is still unoperable. Have tried contacting company and their response has been we can't fix every little thing on every car. I am completely distraught over this purchase. I am still makeing payments on time and have kept the insurance up. My next step will be an attorney in the very near futureProduct_Or_Service: 2003 BMWDesired SettlementI would like to get back my $2000 deposit and all the money I have put into this vehicle. I would also like to get out of this loan and for it to be wiped completely away and not to go on my credit.Business Response First of all.....really???? I am having to waste my time responding to something like this....unreal. This vehicle was purchased August of 2013....that's right a used vehicle over 7 months ago!!!! The customer themselves said above that they had no problems for 2 months. Until I received this letter I had never heard from them nor had our service department heard from them. We have never had the opportunity to help them as we do all our customers whether they bought their vehicle 30 days or 3 years ago. This car was in perfect working order when it was purchased. I can personally guarantee that from the experience of driving it for 3 weeks before it was purchased by them. We do not build our USED cars nor do we have a crystal ball to tell us about future problems. However, since the filing of this complaint the customer has now contacted us as they should have in the beginning and we are assisting them with have their vehicle checked out by our reputable repair facility. I consider this matter closed.
