We attended the Pup meet and greet on March 19th I was pretty disappointed with the event but didnt say anything because my year old and year old were entertainedTickets were pretty pricey for what we gotIt was un organized the person running the event stood at the front of the room and yelled the rulesEven with her yelling the rules you couldnt hear her due to the loud fans going and the echoing in the roomWe purchased items from this event when we got home we opened the items and both of them were brokeI reached out to Hearrts Events on I sent them pictures of the products and they said they would replace them if I gave them my addressI gave them my address and nothing happened after thatI responded asking if they were still planning on sending my items and I didnt get a responseA few weeks later I messaged them again and once again received no responseI messaged a 3rd time and again nothingThe even is coming to a town near me and so I p

I never received my bed that I paid for before they closed their doors.I bought a sleigh bed from this place and I moved and told them that I would come and get it and me and the girl[redacted] played phone tag alot and one day I drove by and saw business closing sign so I pulled in and spoke with a gentleman that told me the bed was there and that he would have[redacted] call me and I never heard from her. Me, being a single Mom wold love to have my 300 dollars back since I never received the product that I paid for.Desired SettlementI have not filed a claim in court yetrefund
