Kinty Jones Heating & Cooling

AC (very old unit) went out while I was out of town. My step daughter called Kinty J. on a Sunday. Someone was there within a few hours and got it working as best as possible.

The problem re-occurred late the next night (no fault of Kinty j.) so I called back and someone was there in less than two hours. Had it temporarily working within one hour (free of charge) but he explained a larger overhaul repair would be costly with no guarantees. We discussed & I agreed to buy a new unit. There were on site the next morning and had a new unit installed in six hours. Not bad.

Had to call someone back that night to correct a minor wiring issue but it was resolved quickly, in less than two hours at no charge - he even showed me how to use the thermostat (which was kept from the prior unit). This new unit works so well I can hang meat in my house (more powerful than previous one)

They even gave me a break on the price for paying cash.

FAST service, very friendly people. Yes, I would use them again. If you are in a pinch, they are worth your time & money
