We had our windshield replaced, in three cars, twice within two weeksWhen they came and replaced the windshield there was a air leakage both times due to inadequate installationWe paid the full amount both timesAir leakage pulls the car in the direction against the wind that could become hazardous Then when we called for them to come back and fix their mistake they set up a time, and then call the day of to inform us that they will not be coming, sometimes dont call at allWhen we try to reschedule they say they will give us a call back and never callIt is just unprofessionalWe have to take out time from work and leave our vehicle at home whenever they say they are coming only to later find out that they will not be coming after all

I contracted AA Auto Glass to replace the back window of my SUV, the appointment was schedule to perform the taskwhile replacing the window the AA employee informed me that the rear wiper was frozen and he could not repair, I stated that this kind of possibilities should be explained prior to contracting with someone so the client could have the option to go to a more qualified facilitythe AA employed took the rear wiper motor and its accessories back to his shop and stated and fix it on his own and bring it back the next day to complete the worktwo days went back and I received a call from the shop manager telling me they had not forgotten about me, two days later I stopped by the shop to see what was happening since I have not received anymore calls and my car was still undonewhen I wen to the shop the manager told me that he had not been able to fix it and that he was giving the motor back to me, told me where I could buy a used one and told me he was giving me a free wiper
