Tractor OK. Kioti Corporate customer service NO NO NO!

Very poor, unresponsive to customer requests/needs.

Able to prove beyond doubt that a couple of issues occurred due to poor assembly right from the factory ie: lack of two bolts of four that allowed the spindle to shear off while using the bucket joystick. This was documented and verified by a certified tractor tech at one of their own franchises! They wouldn't even send me a new valve assembly, that alone was $900. I had to use the bucket with vise grips for a year before I could afford the repair.

Second issue middle blade was never installed properly on the mower deck. This was again documented. The mower deck was improperly installed and created one of the hydraulic hoses to burn through and leak everywhere.

Kioti, once they get your money, they do not stand behind anything. This resulted in customer service and their technician (if that was who it really was) and their franchise tech getting into a pissing match!

Love the tractor, to date this new tractor cost me $1900.00 completely out of pocket and transport 3X for repairs, within the first 20 hours of use! This should have been a lawsuit.

I was totally shocked at how little responsibility they took for something that clearly happened on the assembly line.
